Today's lesson

This is what I have learned:
It doesn't matter if you exercise 3-4 times a week while you are in your twenty and thirties. It doesnt matter if you run miles each day or lift weights for strengthening. When it comes down to it - Menopause will catch up with you and when she does, she will beat the ever livin' crap out of you rendering you unrecognizable.
